Policies & Information
- Most orders are usually shipped within 72 hours after the order is received. We ship everything via UPS Ground Service with most deliveries arriving within 2-7 business days.
- You will receive notification of any delay or cancellation of your order.
- Once your order has been processed and shipped, we will notify you of your UPS Tracking Number via e-mail.
Please verify your shipping address prior to finalizing your order. Any additional costs incurred by Respond System due to inaccurate address information provided by the customer, including any shipping and handling costs incurred due to undeliverable orders, will be charged to the credit card account of the customer.
Product Availability is current as of the previous day’s close and is subject to change without notice. Orders to be delivered to an address other than the one on file at your credit card bank may be delayed for address and phone number verification. Orders requiring expedited shipping must be placed by Noon PST to be processed and shipped the same day. Back orders will be shipped as soon as they become available.

We try to provide as much information that is available on specific items, however technical specifications may have changed since we last updated the information on the product you are considering purchasing. Please contact the manufacturer with any technical questions you may have in advance of making a purchase.
Returns & Refunds:

- Please specify your order number, the product being returned, and the reason for the return.
- Returned products that are not in NEW condition will not be credited. Credit will be issued for the product only. Shipping charges that you incur will not be refunded unless the return is due to our error.
- We do not ship to APO/FPO or P.O. Box addresses and we ONLY accept Purchase Orders after reviewing credit history. Credit cards drawn on banks outside of the United States are not accepted for payment.
